Nazgol Adili first joined Search Associates as a candidate in 2004, working with founding Director John Magagna, and subsequently worked in Singapore as a Business and Economics teacher. After two years, she returned to Canada to complete her studies specializing in therapeutic work with children with special needs. She later worked in special education in Bangkok for several years.

Nazgol rejoined Search Associates in 2010, working with the Search Associates Canada office, and served in many capacities, including candidate management, job fair support, candidate screening, and more. In 2011, she moved into a newly created role of School Coordinator. Working closely with CEO Jessica Magagna, Nazgol developed and implemented a school screening process enhancing the quality of Search Associates school membership and worked diligently with Search's +750 member schools to ensure a smooth and seamless level of service. During her ten years in the role, Nazgol has provided a wide gamut of services, including technical support, assisting schools with urgent recruitment needs, tactfully investigating concerns from candidates or schools, creating policies and transparent processes, etc.

While working as the School Coordinator, Nazgol also lent her excellent strategic and analytical skills to various significant projects. These have included developing an automated school screening system, providing crucial input in developing new IT systems such as APLI, and helping make Search's job fairs processes more efficient and customer friendly for both schools and candidates. In addition, she was a member of two key strategic geographic teams concerned with growing Search's businesses, the UK and China. Nazgol also played a key role as part of a larger team in the organization's DEI strategic plan and continues to play a vital role in this essential work.

Nazgol began her role as Director of Candidate Relations in May of 2022. She is delighted to join the Executive Team of Search Associates in this capacity. She looks forward to further developing the services offered to candidates and meeting the needs of the diverse community of international educators.
