Fully accredited by AdvancEd/Cognia, AAC delivers the U.S. Common Core curriculum, which transitions into Advanced Placement (AP) classes or the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Program. Currently, the school enrolls 800 students from pre-K through Grade 12, representing over 40 nationalities. Approximately 70% of students and 50% faculty are Moroccan, contributing to a rich, multicultural environment.

Candidates must hold an academic degree in the subject they will be teaching. Teachers up to the age of 59 are eligible for work visas. However, political constraints may affect the eligibility of candidates from particular countries.
In addition to a non-taxed salary, the overseas teaching benefits package includes a moving allowance, fully furnished housing with utilities and internet included, and an airfare stipend with every contract. Tuition, school fees, and transportation to and from school are fully covered, and school lunch is half price. AAC offers continuing education support and professional development funding, which must be applied for. Worldwide health insurance, including dental and long-term disability, is fully covered. Finally, there are local employment opportunities for non-teaching partners.
