The school offers its 260 girls in Grades 6–12 the IB Middle Years and Diploma Programmes, which the school says, "[stretch] students without the need for incessant testing." Lastly, community service, a key component of the IB Programme, is another vital aspect of student life. In 2012, MMI London organized a community service trip to Zambia!
Opportunities for sports also abound at MMI London. Athletes can participate in soccer, volleyball, cross-country, basketball, badminton, track and field, and tennis, and high school students compete weekly in matches against other local international schools and clubs. MMI London is interested in hiring single teachers but will consider teaching couples and interns. Teachers must have an academic degree in the subject they will be teaching, but there is no age limit to obtain a visa.

Faculty may join the Teachers' Pension Scheme, towards which MMI contributes 16.48% of a teacher's salary and the teacher contributes between 7.4% and 11.7%, depending on his or her salary.
