Seated in Thao Dien, District 2, about 15 minutes from the city center, the stunning campus is comprised of eleven, mostly low-rise villas, each with its own educational function, each designed to blend into the stunning, green environment. The benefits package allows for some savings, and a family of four could 'make do' on one salary. Teachers receive stipends for settling in and housing. Local, worldwide, and major/medical are provided, the school indicates, with the exception of "any exceptional health insurance costs, usually pertaining to pre-existing conditions." Additionally, families receive airfare to and from their country as well as 100% tuition for up to two children. A unique benefit occurs in a teacher's fourth year: he or she gets the chance to participate in the Nobel Education Network teacher exchange program.
